TOYOTA RECALL: 1.53 Lexus and Toyota Models with Various Defects

This really isn’t a great year for Toyota.

You may be thinking that 1.53 million is a LOT of cars—and it is—but it’s only a fraction of the number of cars that have already been recalled by Toyota this year. More than 10 million cars have been called back for several different possible defects, including gas pedal failure and some brake malfunctions.

What should you do if your car is on the recall list? Take it back to the dealer as soon as possible! What if you’ve already been hurt in a car accident because of one of these defects? Get ready for the fight of your life! And I’m not talking about your average fight with the insurance company. These car companies have been proven in Court to have knowingly sent defective products out into the US marketplace knowing that there might be lawsuits (and in fact budgeting for those lawsuits)—and have consequently invested in some of the best legal counsel on the planet.

However, if you’ve been hurt in a car accident because of a defect, you probably need help to pay medical bills—and you shouldn’t have to back down from the tough fight ahead! Level the playing field with the car companies by hiring a great Missouri injury attorney. Remember, when it comes to a defective automobile, what you do in the first 24 hours after the accident is CRITICAL. Don’t get hurt twice!
