A teen was seriously injured in a two-vehicle accident in Franklin County on Monday. The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that Zachary Wildhaber (17) was travelling southbound in his Ford Ranger on U.S. 185 near U.S. 50 at around 7pm on Monday evening.  Zachary WIldhaber reportedly crossed the center line on the snow covered roadway and ended up in the path of a Ford F-250 operated by David Lyndemeyer (34) that had been travelling in the opposite direction. The two vehicles then collided head-on.

Zachary Wildhaber was seriously injured as a result of the accident, and was taken to Mercy Hospital for treatment. Reports indicate that Wildhaber was the only one hurt as a result of this crash, and police haven’t stated if the teen will receive any citations.
