According to STL Today, Michael A. Bogue, 22, of Hillsboro, was killed in a scooter crash Wednesday on Old Highway 21 at Blecha Road in Jefferson County. He was riding in a sidecar attached to a scooter driven by his brother, Curt A. Bogue ,19, when the scooter turned into the path of an oncoming car. The Mazda 3 then collided with the scooter’s sidecar.
